The name most tied to Macau's pork chop bun. A marinated, fried bone-in pork chop goes straight into a crusty Portuguese-style roll, no sauce, no salad. It's that plain, which is why the pork does all the talking. Fresh rolls come out of the oven at 2 pm, and there's another branch on the way up to the Ruins of St Paul's.
