A family noodle shop since the 1970s on the red-shuttered Rua da Felicidade. The thin noodles are pressed with a bamboo pole at a nearby workshop, and the broth simmers eight hours on dried shrimp and dried plaice. The star is dry noodles under a heap of shrimp roe: it looks wild and tastes surprisingly clean. It's on the 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand list.
