A downtown market hall running since 1917, with taco, ramen, pizza and coffee stalls packed under neon signs. The longest queue forms at Eggslut, near the Broadway entrance. Its signature, the Fairfax, is soft-scrambled eggs, cheese and caramelised onions in a brioche bun. Angels Flight, the little orange funicular that climbs the hill opposite, makes an easy pairing.
