A Tijuana-style taqueria. Inside there are separate lines for adobada (marinated pork), asada (beef) and offal, so you queue at the meat you want. Watching the stacked adobada get shaved off the spit onto small tortillas is half the show. You pay at the counter with no tip, a relief after a few days of US prices.
