A diner that has held down the north Strip since 1972. Pink and purple neon, fake cherry-blossom trees and glittery booths keep it frozen in 1970s Vegas, and plenty of people come just for photos. Portions are enormous; two mains for two people means half goes home in a box. Next door, the Fireside Lounge is its own draw: a cocktail bar wrapped around a fire pit that burns on water.
