Return boat RM35 for one island, RM50 for two, RM65 for three, plus a RM3 terminal fee (MySabah, March 2026; operators vary slightly). Park entry for foreign adults RM25, RM20 for under-18s and over-60s, valid for any park island that day

A speedboat gets you from the city jetty to this 1.5 km crescent of an island in about 15 minutes. It is the park headquarters island, so it has restaurants, showers and a resort, and the widest stretch of sand is at the eastern tip. Families set up under the trees for the day, and striped reef fish crowd around the jetty pilings. Lift your head out of the water and you can see the city across the strait, and on a clear morning the ridge of Mount Kinabalu behind it.
