The flagship of a café chain founded in Kobe in 1993 by someone smitten with LA café culture. The look is American farmhouse, all wood furniture and knick-knacks, and the draws are the tall house cakes and buttermilk fried chicken. Lunch runs 11:00–15:00, dinner from 17:00, with café service all day. Open until 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
