Mouriya has been selling Kobe beef since 1885. Every floor has a teppan counter where the chef slices the meat and fries garlic chips right in front of you. The menu splits genuine Kobe beef from the house's own Tajima-line 'Mouriya selected' beef, which is A5 too but costs about half. The cheapest way in to real Kobe beef is the 120g inside-round dinner A set at ¥6,940.
