This is the cast of a hugely popular kids' cartoon moved into one building. The museum on the second floor is ticketed; the mall on the first floor needs no ticket. The mall packs in character shops, a bakery and restaurants, so children stay busy even without going upstairs. It sits easily beside a Harborland waterfront stroll, which is why families build a day around it.
