Come up the escalator at Formosa Boulevard and you're already in it: a single street that's ordinary road by day and fills with stalls down the middle at night. Papaya milk, grilled seafood and sizzling steak plates line up, and many stalls post menus in Chinese, English and Japanese. Locals call it touristy and prefer Ruifeng, but stepping straight off the metro into a night market is hard to beat.
