Set in a former Taipower staff dormitory refitted in a Japanese style. Five Chinese stewed soups are served, each with a staple and sides. The signature is boneless chicken leg simmered with Gangshan peeled chili and Yunlin clams, sweet with a mild kick. The rice blends Japanese Koshihikari and Tainan No. 16, and the green lime tea is sweet and sour.
