The go-to for gosari yukgaejang, a Jeju speciality. Fernbrake and beef are shredded fine and cooked down so long it is closer to porridge than soup. If you expect a red, fiery yukgaejang you will be surprised: it is nutty and soft. Doors open at 06:00, so it doubles as hangover breakfast.
