Old-timer on pork-noodle street; try the bibim too

On Samseong-ro in Jeju City, the street lined with pork-noodle shops. Pork noodles are the signature, but the menu also runs to bibim noodles, anchovy-pork noodles and sinew noodles. Many tables add a plate of dombe-gogi, the boiled pork slices. Opinions split: some call the broth plain, others say the bibim noodles are the better order.
