A long-running Seogwipo home-cooking place that opens at 08:00. The star is the abalone ttukbaegi: a doenjang broth with small Jeju abalone, clams and a spoon of sea urchin roe on top. Side dishes are neat and plentiful, and many add grilled tilefish or, in summer, jari-mulhoe, a cold damselfish soup. Good breakfast before Cheonjiyeon or Jeongbang Falls.
