Step inside the old fish-farm pump house and you find vintage chairs set against bare concrete. Each floor, up to the rooftop, has its own mood, and a seat by the big windows gives you the Aewol sea across a whole wall. The Jeju matcha cream goes first, and the summer berry tea is a common second order. Dogs are welcome.
