People say it's the tidiest of the east-coast oreum. Thirty minutes up dirt paths and steps, the crater opens at the top, round and deep like a moon, and you can walk the whole rim. Yongnuni Oreum, little Akkeun Darangswi and the eastern fields spread out below. In October pampas grass turns the ridge white. Buses are rare, so a taxi or rental car makes it easier, and the small car park fills fast in season.
