A harbour-side restaurant in Karaköy with teal tiled walls and an iron-railed mezzanine. Lunch works like a lokanta, where you pick from the day's pots; at dinner it turns meyhane, with mezze, fish and rakı. Bib Gourmand in the 2026 Michelin Guide. Hünkar beğendi, beef stew over smoky aubergine purée sold as 'Sultan's Delight', never leaves the menu; it was 900 lira in April 2026.
