Boza is a thick, lightly fermented millet drink, served with cinnamon on top and roasted chickpeas on the side. The room is full of old tiles and photos, so you spend a while looking before you drink. It tastes sour and sweet together; strange at first, familiar by the second sip. Buying chickpeas from the shop across the street is the proper way.
