Poke sits in rows behind the glass, and plate lunches come out of the kitchen behind it. Laulau, lomi salmon or kalua pig with cabbage arrive with rice and macaroni salad. Seating is two small tables out front, so most people carry it off to a beach or the hotel. Some add a square of haupia for dessert.
