The Chinatown shop that held its alley for twelve years closed in August 2025 and reopened in Kaimuki. Lunch is built around the pho French dip, a roll you dunk in beef pho broth; dinner brings Vietnamese cooking with island ingredients. In May 2026 it ran a pay-what-you-can four-course dinner that people talked about. Dinner seating is kept small on purpose, so walking in unbooked is a gamble.
