Order at the window under the rainbow sign and pick up a foam box when your number is called. The loco moco is two scoops of rice, two hamburger patties and two fried eggs drowned in brown gravy, with a scoop of mac salad on the side that people call greasy but impossible to stop eating. It's also known as a place Obama came to when he lived in Hawaii.
