Opened in 1928, it's one of Hong Kong's oldest hotels, and the queue for afternoon tea in the lobby has become a sight in itself. Green Rolls-Royces wait out front and will fetch you from the airport for a fee. There are 300 rooms; the low-floor Deluxe rooms run 41–45 m² and a bedside tablet runs the lights and curtains. For harbour views you need a tower room on floor 17 or higher.
