Hội An's best-known restaurant for central Vietnamese home cooking, in an old merchant house in the middle of the Old Town. The headliners are cao lầu (thick chewy noodles with pork, herbs and crunchy croutons, properly made only here), white rose dumplings and fish grilled in banana leaf. Staff explain how to eat each dish. A second branch across the street serves the same menu.
