The observation floors (79–81) of Vietnam's tallest building, 461 m. District 1 looks like a model town in the distance, and right below, the Saigon River swings round in a huge bend. You move between floors for different directions, and at the end you can clip into a harness and step out onto the open-air SkyTouch terrace; the floor isn't glass, but the wind on your face still locks your knees. The Vincom mall underneath has a CGV cinema, ice rink and big supermarket, which makes it a decent rainy-day fallback.
