French chef Didier Corlou named it after his mother-in-law; his son runs it now. It started on Chân Cầm, closed during Covid, then reopened in a 1928 French villa on Hàng Bè that used to house Green Tangerine. Yellow walls, green shutters and a courtyard frame neatly plated bún chả, chả cá and nem. A good pick for a calm dinner with parents or a tidy tour of street-food classics.
