Off the cable car you pass through Mystic Castle, an indoor arcade done up like a fortress, and out onto the hilltop. The Sun Wheel stands at the summit, so the hill's height is added to its own: from the top cabin you see the bay's islands, the city and Bai Chay Bridge all at once. Next to it is a Japanese-style Zen garden modelled on Okayama's Korakuen, with a red arched bridge over a koi pond, plus the Samurai Slide, a sled-like coaster down the hillside. At night the wheel lights up and is visible from the Bai Chay beachfront.
