Cable-stayed bridge on National Route 18 linking Bai Chay and Hon Gai

Bai Chay lies to the west and Hon Gai to the east, with a narrow strait between them, and this bridge ties the two together in a single span. By day the white stay cables fan out sharply over the water; after dark the lights come on and the outline doubles in the sea. Traffic never really stops on the deck, so the pictures are better from the waterfront than from walking across. The Bai Chay shoreline walk around dusk is the easy way to see it.
