Once the day boats head back to port in the late afternoon, only a few overnight ships stay anchored deep in the bay. A typical one-night trip boards around noon, serves lunch, then fits in Ti Top's viewpoint or kayaking at Luon Cave and a cooking class before dinner on deck and squid fishing after dark. Around 6:30 the next morning there's tai chi on the sundeck as the sun comes up, a stop at Sung Sot Cave, and disembarkation by 10–11am. The line reviewers keep repeating: a bay that's jammed with boats by day goes remarkably quiet at night.
