A 14-storey resort that treats 150 metres of Tumon Beach as its front yard. Pools run into each other like a stream through the palms, there's a water slide, and kids tend to spend the whole day there instead of the sea. There's a parrot in the lobby, and one guest wrote about roasting s'mores by the pool on a weekend. The building opened in 1993, yet reviews keep saying it's cleaner than expected.
