The pink building is easy to spot. It's a plate-lunch counter: charcoal-grilled meat over rice, every item in full or half size, and a half fills most people. The soy-marinated short rib 'SBQ' is the best seller; for a bit of everything get the BBQ trio or the Chamorro plate. Lots of people take it to Ypao Beach or back to the hotel. Where a Guam meal easily runs $40-50, this costs about half.
