A Neapolitan-style pizzeria in Oltrarno on the way to Palazzo Pitti. The giveaway is the heart-shaped dip pressed into the middle of each wood-fired pizza. You order at the counter and collect when your number is called: fast and cheap. Plenty of people take it to the Arno embankment or the Santo Spirito steps.
