The Downtown branch of Rove, Emaar's no-frills brand. It opened in 2016 with 420 rooms; at 26 m² they're simple, but the pool and gym look straight at the Burj Khalifa. Ten to fifteen minutes' walk to Dubai Mall for about US$140–210 a night makes it a go-to name for value in Dubai. The cheapest rooms sell out early.
