Opened in 2013, the 666-metre bridge is one long yellow dragon, its arches rising and falling like a body in motion. The lights shift colour along it every night, and at 9pm on weekends the head at the east end blasts out fire a few times and then sprays water. The whole thing lasts 15 minutes at most and goes by fast among the crowds packed onto the bridge and riverbank. When the water comes, the spray reaches tens of metres in front of the head.
