Along Chang Khlan Rd between Loi Kroh and Tha Phae roads, about 1.5km east of Tha Phae Gate

Missed the weekend markets? This is the fallback. After dark, stalls line the pavements of Chang Khlan Road, and the buildings along it fill with souvenir arcades and food courts. It's mostly clothes, bags, wood carvings and scented candles; push through to Anusarn Market and the Kalare side and you'll find big open-air dining areas grilling seafood and frying pad thai. It's more tourist-oriented than the Sunday market and opening prices run high, so bargain. Muay Thai fights are staged nearby at around 9pm.
