At dusk the street outside the north gate fills with stalls and plastic tables, and under a red sign the owner in a cowboy hat chops pork leg. It's one dish: soy-braised pork leg on rice with a soft egg and pickled greens. Most say the spicy table sauce is what makes it. With Chang Phueak Suki next door, it's half of the night market's famous double act.
