A Lanna-style timber house in a garden, serving nothing but northern Thai food. Order the northern platter and you get sai oua herb sausage, pork crackling and nam prik num green-chilli dip on one tray. Add gaeng hang lay, the gingery pork curry, and that's northern food 101 done.
