A family-run place on a lane by the Jinsha Site Museum, open since 2006 and cooking almost nothing but beef. The signature is rice-flour steamed beef in small bamboo baskets, coated in house-made rice flour with chilli oil. Big oxtail pieces simmered in tomato broth come up often too. It sits on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list. Neighbours fill it, so skip the noon rush.
