The old Larsian reopened in 2023 under the name Sugbo Sentro Fuente Osmeña. Charcoal stalls line an open-air yard; you pick raw skewers and they grill them for you. Pork, chicken innards and seafood come with puso rice, and further in there are lechon stalls and a few Thai and Korean counters. By evening it is all smoke and noise.
