A lechon specialist named a Selected restaurant in the first MICHELIN Guide to Cebu (2026). The whole roast pig is hacked up to order: shatteringly crisp skin, juicy meat underneath. Spicy lechon is the big seller, and the usual Cebuano sides are here too, from ngohiong spring rolls to puso rice parcels. Indoor and outdoor seating is roomy, so it fills with groups, and portions come in sizes for one or for a crowd.
