A Cairo chain serving street food - ful, ta'ameya, koshary, molokhia - in tidy, design-minded shops. It is an easy option if street-stall hygiene worries you. The Zamalek branch is small and colourful, good on a walk around the island. Its molokhia is praised for a heavy hand with the fried-garlic ta'leya. There is also a branch inside the Grand Egyptian Museum, handy before or after a visit.
