A tteokgalbi house newly added to the 2026 Michelin Guide Busan Bib Gourmand list. The menu is just two things: short-rib patties and ribeye-cap patties. They arrive charcoal-grilled in a baekban set with doenjang stew and tidy side dishes. Seating is on floor cushions in a cosy room, which is why so many people bring their parents. Some reviews mention ice cream to finish.
