Opened in 1964 and now run by the second generation. There are just two cuts, plain and marinated galbi, grilled on a domed iron plate, and when the meat is gone they drop potato-starch noodles into the pooled juices: that is the house finale. The old house-like building is split into private rooms. It is pricey, so plan it as a special dinner.
