Follow the queue down an alley in Haeundae Market and you end up here. The bowl is 31cm across, and neighbouring tables stare when it lands. Mussels, scallops and baby clams are piled over the noodles, and one seafood kalguksu feeds two. Eat the shellfish first, then go for the noodles once they have soaked up the broth.
