In the middle of Gukje Market, stalls with a few plastic stools line the alley. The usual orders are bibim dangmyeon, Chungmu gimbap, yubu pockets and eomuk. Bibim dangmyeon, glass noodles topped with pickled radish, fish cake and spinach under red sauce, is something you only see in Busan markets. Hop from stall to stall, one plate each.
