One of the cafés lining the Gwangalli beachfront road, up on the 4th and 5th floors. Reviewers keep saying the height gives an unblocked view of Gwangan Bridge. Daytime it's the sea colour, after dark the bridge lights. You are paying for the seat more than the coffee.
