Up one flight in Jeonpo-dong, the open kitchen is the first thing you see: a chef rolling dough and cutting pasta by hand. It's a fresh-pasta place listed in the Michelin Guide Busan. Ravioli, gnocchi and bisque pasta are the signature plates, and there's a hanwoo ragù too. A plate is 22,000–26,000 won, and focaccia or caprese make easy sides. Plenty of tables have wine going from lunch.
