Terarosa sits inside F1963, a cultural complex carved out of an old steel factory. The ceiling is high and the room is wide, so a solo reader and a big group both fit. Plenty of people order a hand-drip with a canelé, scone or croissant. The building also holds a bookshop and galleries, so you tend to wander a lap after the coffee.
