A small restaurant on Sas utca, a five-minute walk from St Stephen's Basilica. It has held a Michelin star since 2014, and the wine list carries as much weight as the menu, as the name promises. Modern cooking on Hungarian produce comes à la carte or as a tasting menu, and the tasting menu gets the better word of mouth. Weekdays are dinner only; Saturday opens at noon.
