A hutong noodle shop that made its name on one dish, Beijing zhajiangmian. Thick noodles, the sauce on the side, and a plate of toppings (cucumber, soybeans, celery, radish) that you mix yourself. The sauce is less sweet and saltier than the Korean-Chinese jjajangmyeon version, with surprisingly chunky pork. It was on the Michelin Guide Beijing's first Bib Gourmand list in 2019 and now has several branches around Nanluoguxiang and the city.
