A dumpling house that has been folding jiaozi for over 30 years in Liangmaqiao–Maizidian, the embassy and expat-apartment district. Fruit and vegetable juices tint the wrappers, so a plate comes out green, pink and purple. Fillings range from the Beijing classic of pork and fennel to oddities like kung pao chicken and cheese, and there's Sichuan food on the side. It made the Michelin Guide Beijing's Bib Gourmand list in 2020.
